About this course

Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to many challenges at work, your personal relationships, and in the overall part of your life.

 

Avoid the triggers or situations that make you angry such as flirting with certain peers.  Be careful though as avoidance is not a long term solution.  You can’t always avoid people or things that anger or irritate you. Understand the impact of their thoughts, both negative and positive.
